Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing or using Viaje Rentable ("the App"), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must not use the App.

Viaje Rentable is an assistance tool for rideshare drivers (such as Uber, DiDi, Cabify y Envíos Extra). The App analyzes trip offers in real time and provides information about the estimated profitability of each trip.

The App is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Uber, DiDi, Cabify y Envíos Extra or any other rideshare platform. The names of said platforms are mentioned solely for descriptive purposes.

The information provided by the App is estimated and informational in nature. Profitability calculations are based on data entered by the user (vehicle consumption, fuel price, fixed costs) and information read from rideshare app screens.

Viaje Rentable does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or the actual profitability of any trip. Decisions to accept or reject offers are the sole responsibility of the driver.

The App uses the Android Accessibility Service to read the content of rideshare app screens. This service:

• Only reads information from compatible rideshare apps.
• Does not collect or transmit personal data.
• Does not interact with other apps beyond screen reading.
• Processes all information locally on the device.

The user is responsible for enabling and managing this permission according to the policies of the rideshare platforms they use.

The App offers a free trial from the first installation. Once the trial period ends, an active subscription is required to continue using the analysis features.

• Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store.
• Prices are shown in the user's local currency according to Google Play.
• Renewal is automatic unless canceled before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Google Play Store.

Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policies.

The user agrees to:

• Use the App only for personal and legitimate purposes.
• Not attempt to modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the App.
• Not use the App in a way that violates local laws or the terms of service of rideshare platforms.
• Not redistribute or resell access to the App.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

We do not guarantee that the App will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.
• Update the App to fix bugs or improve performance.
• Limit compatibility with specific versions of rideshare platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information from the App.
• We are not responsible for financial losses arising from the use of the App.
• We are not responsible for changes in rideshare platforms that affect the App's operation.

All intellectual property rights over the App, including but not limited to source code, design, brand, logo and content, are the exclusive property of Viaje Rentable.

Downloading and using the App does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over it.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
