Day Pass Terms

A Día Premium ("Premium Day") is a pass that grants access to Viaje Rentable's Premium features for 24 consecutive hours, without requiring a subscription. It is a one-time payment alternative for anyone who wants to try Premium for a limited time or cover specific high-activity days.

Día Premium passes can be purchased through the following channels:

• Google Play (all countries): purchased as in-app products in the Android app and processed under Google's payment policies.
• Mercado Pago (Argentina only, from the website): purchased from the account panel on the website and processed under Mercado Pago's policies.

Each channel offers packs with different amounts of days (for example, 1, 7 or 30). Price and availability of each pack may vary by channel and country.

Purchased Día Premium passes do not expire. They accumulate as a balance in the user's account and remain available until they are activated or until the annual limit described in Section 4 is reached.

The amount of Día Premium days that can be credited from purchases is subject to a cap of 180 days per calendar year, counted by UTC. Once the cap is reached, additional purchases within that same calendar year are not credited; if an already-charged purchase exceeds the cap, the excess is recorded for review and possible administrative refund. This limit does not apply to days granted through the Referral Program, which is governed by its own terms.

Purchased Día Premium passes are not activated automatically. The user must activate them manually from the app or the account panel. Once activated, the pass grants Premium access for 24 consecutive hours counted from the moment of activation, not from the moment of purchase.

• Activation requires an internet connection: the pass's start and end time are determined by the server, never by the device's clock.
• If the device is offline when attempting to activate a pass, the activation does not complete until the connection is restored.
• An active pass cannot be stopped or paused once started: the 24 hours run continuously.

While an account has an active Premium subscription (active or in a trial period), it is not possible to activate a Día Premium: Día Premium passes and a subscription do not stack or overlap. The Día Premium balance remains available to activate once the subscription is no longer active.

A new Día Premium also cannot be activated while one is already active: passes do not stack over time.

Día Premium passes are not money or a money-equivalent instrument. They are not transferable between accounts, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product or service, and their use is limited exclusively to unlocking Premium access within Viaje Rentable.

Día Premium days credited from a purchase may be revoked when that purchase is refunded or results in a chargeback from the payment channel (Google Play or Mercado Pago). Revocation deducts from the account's balance the number of days corresponding to the refunded or disputed purchase; if that balance has already been partially or fully consumed, the revocation applies to the balance still available.

Refunds for a Día Premium purchase are governed by the policy of the channel through which the purchase was made: the Google Play refund policies for purchases on Google Play, or Mercado Pago's policy for purchases made from the website.

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These terms complement the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Viaje Rentable.

In case of any conflict between this document and the general Terms and Conditions, this document prevails with respect to Día Premium passes.
