Referral Program Terms

Any user with a Viaje Rentable account created with Google may participate in the Referral Program. The first time an account opens the referral panel, it receives a unique referral code, which can be shared through a personal link.

The person who refers earns 7 Premium days once the invitee's first payment made through Mercado Pago from the website is approved. The reward is credited at that moment, not when the invitee registers nor when they start a subscription: a subscription that is pending payment, rejected, or canceled before the first charge is approved does not generate a reward.

Anyone who registers using a valid referral code receives 5 days of Premium trial at the moment of registration, without needing a card or making a payment. This bonus is granted only once per account, for life: an account that already received the welcome bonus does not receive it again, even if it later uses a different referral code.

An invitee who subscribes paying with Mercado Pago from the website gets a 30% discount on the first month of their Premium subscription. Starting with the second month, the subscription is charged at the current list price, with no discount.

Before that second charge, Mercado Pago sends the invitee a notice about a change in the subscription amount: that notice reflects the normal end of the first-month discount described in this clause, not an undisclosed price increase.

The reward for the person who refers and the first-month discount for the invitee apply exclusively to payments made in Argentina with Mercado Pago from the website. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play do not earn a reward or a discount, regardless of country.

Using your own referral code for your own account is prohibited. An attempted self-referral does not generate attribution or a reward.

If the invitee's first payment is refunded or results in a chargeback, the reward granted to the person who referred them is reversed: the corresponding number of days is deducted from that account's referral-origin Día Premium balance. Revocation never leaves the balance negative: if that balance has already been partially or fully consumed, only what remains available is deducted.

When a refund or chargeback triggers the revocation described in Section 7, both the referring account and the invitee's account are excluded from the Referral Program.

The terms in effect at the moment a referral's attribution is created — reward, trial days, and discount percentage — are locked in for that specific referral. A later change to the program's terms does not retroactively modify referrals already generated.

The Referral Program may be modified or discontinued at any time, going forward. Per Section 9, changes do not retroactively affect referrals generated before the change.

Any improper or fraudulent use of the program — including artificially generating referrals, using duplicate accounts, or any practice aimed at obtaining the reward or bonus without a genuine invitation — results in exclusion from the program and, where applicable, revocation of any rewards obtained.

Día Premium days earned as a reward from the Referral Program are governed, in everything not covered by this document, by the Day Pass Terms. They are not subject to the annual purchase cap described in those terms, but can be activated and used the same way as a purchased Día Premium.
