How to request deletion of your account and your data

1. About your account

Viaje Rentable only creates an account when you sign in with your Google account. That account stores only your email address and a user identifier generated by Firebase Authentication (Google).

If you have never signed in, there is no account associated with you, and there is nothing to delete beyond the local data on your device, which is removed when you uninstall the app.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to the address below from the same email account you signed in with, using the subject "Delete account".

We process requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

3. What data is deleted

  • Account: your email address and your Firebase Authentication user identifier.
  • Cloud-synced history: the offers backed up to your account (a feature available to Premium users).

4. What data is not deleted

The anonymous offer data shared to improve the service (see Privacy Policy) is not linked to your identity or your account and therefore cannot be associated with you or deleted individually. This data does not contain your email, your user identifier, or any personal data.

We may retain minimal records when required by law (for example, subscription billing receipts) for the period required by applicable regulations.

5. Data on your device

Trip history and settings stored locally on your device are removed when you uninstall the app. You can also clear them from Settings within the app.
